Accessibility

Outcomes By Page is built so that everyone can read it and use it, whatever device, browser, or assistive technology they use. This page states the standard we build to, what that means on every page of this site, and how to reach us when something does not work for you.
Standard
This website is built to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. The customer dashboard is built to the same guidelines. Every change to a public page runs through automated checks for the structural requirements listed below before it is published, and the pages are validated against the HTML standard.
On every page
- A “Skip to main content” link is the first focusable element, and every page has exactly one main landmark.
- Every navigation region has an accessible name, and the current page is marked for screen readers with
aria-current. - Text is at least 18 pixels, set in a self-hosted typeface, and sized in relative units so it grows with your browser’s text-size setting.
- Body text meets a contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1 against its background.
- Every interactive element shows a visible focus indicator, and buttons and menu links are at least 44 pixels tall.
- Links are used for navigation and buttons for actions, so each behaves as assistive technology expects.
- Expandable sections, such as the questions on the FAQ, use native disclosure elements that work with the keyboard without scripting.
- Every form control has a persistent visible label, and error messages are written as text and announced in a live region.
- Animation is removed for anyone whose system asks for reduced motion.
- Images that carry meaning have text alternatives that say what the image shows, not just that it is a screenshot.
The consent screen
The cookie consent dialog on this site is keyboard-operable and offers “Allow analytics” and “Decline” as buttons of equal weight, with nothing pre-selected. It can be reopened at any time from the Cookie settings link in the footer.
Tell us when something does not work
If any part of this site or the dashboard is difficult to use with your browser, screen reader, keyboard, switch, magnifier, or other assistive technology, tell us through our contact form. Describe the page and what happened; we read every report and fix what we find.
