Data Processing Addendum

Our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy reference a Data Processing Addendum for customers whose use of the Service requires one. It is not yet published here — a DPA sets out cross-border transfer mechanism, sub-processor flow-down, and audit terms that need to be drafted for our specific processing and reviewed by counsel, not generated generically.
